TO ACCESS FTP CLICK HERE

1)  Click the link above
2)  A window should open and prompt for a username and password
3)  Enter the username and password provided
4)  Your files should be available to download

Some browsers may experience problems downloading files, please try the following steps to retrieve your files.

INTERNET EXPLORER

1)  Click the link above
2)  A window should open and prompt for a username and password
3)  Click “View” or “Page” on the toolbar, and select “Open FTP site in windows explorer”. A new window should pop up. Click “ok”
4)  Click “File”, and select “Login As”, re-enter your username and password.
5)  You should be able to access your files.

MOZILLA FIREFOX

1)  Go to “addons.mozilla.org”

2)  Search for “FireFTP” and click “Add to Firefox”.
3)  Click “Install Now” and then “Restart Firefox”
4)  Click “Tools” on the toolbar and select “FireFTP”. This should launch this addon.
5)  Click the “Create an account” dropdown menu in the top left.
6)  Enter the following information
Account Name – “Crannell FTP”
Host – “crannelleng.com”
Login – “username@crannelleng.com”
Password – “password given”
7)  Click “Connect” next to the “Create an account” menu.
8)  You should be able to download your files using this program.
