0-3,000 SF – $300. 3,001 – 4,000 SF – $350.	0-2,000 SF – $400. 2,001 – 3,000 SF – $500. 3,001-4,000 SF – $600.
Homes over 4,000 SF may incur additional charges. Please call our office for an exact price.
FINAL INSPECTIONS PIER & BEAM – $200. SLAB – $150.

NOTES:
Home square footage is based on the square footage listed in the tax rolls.
Additional fees may be added for homes outside of our normal travel range. Re-Inspection may qualify for a discount. Please call for details.

Quick Tips

Brick cracks, sheetrock cracks, and "sticking" doors are all signs of possible foundation problems. However, not all cosmetic damage is due to settlement.
