Terms of Service

By scheduling an appointment or using services provided by Crannell, Crannell & Martin Engineering (“CCM Engineering”), you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

We provide structural engineering inspections, evaluations, and reports. Scope of work will be confirmed at the time of scheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment is due by the invoice due date. Reports are delivered after payment is received.

Reports

A verbal summary is provided during the inspection. A written report is emailed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Cancellations

Clients must notify us of cancellations or rescheduling needs prior to the appointment time.

Limitation of Liability

Engineering evaluations are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection. CCM Engineering is not responsible for concealed conditions or changes occurring after the inspection.
